Our client is seeking experienced P & C Insurance Agents (Direct to Consumer) to join their high-performance internal agency.

This role is dedicated to providing a amazing client experience through personal, service-focused insurance solutions. Matching homeowners with the right coverage while making the quoting and binding process seamless, informative, and stress-free.

• Consult, Qualify & Close 
• Own the Full Sales Cycle
• Document process and utilize CRM to maximize outcomes
• Stay Compliant
• Cross-Sell Strategically
• Contribute to a Winning Culture: Share best practices, support teammates, and help build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Required Licenses:
• Florida 2-20 License or
• Texas General Lines P&C License before the start date
• Must be in excellent standing with the state DOI.
• Preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in consultative personal lines P&C insurance sales, ideally within a call center or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.

What You Can Learn:

• Willingness and ability to obtain a Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire.
• You have demonstrated success in achieving quota-based performance.
• Experience using a CRM like HubSpot, familiarity with quoting systems, and multi-line product offerings.
• Understanding of homeowners insurance coverages, deductibles, limitations, and exclusions.
