We’re seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to own and grow a flagship RF Interconnects product line. In this high-impact role, you’ll define and execute strategy, lead a talented product team, and bring innovative new products to market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and specialists.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Build and strengthen supplier partnerships to accelerate growth.
• Drive new product introductions and a robust release pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to win in the marketplace.
• Deliver commercial results through smart pricing, negotiation, and financial analysis.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Knowledge and experience found in 10+ years of Product Management experience in RF Interconnects or related markets.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep technical expertise paired with proven commercial success.
• Strong track record of executing product roadmaps and delivering results.
