Our client is a global leader in delivering engineering-grade products, including RF (radio frequency) components, interconnects, and wired/wireless connectivity solution. Their clients include telecommunications, aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial companies.


They are seeking Remote Senior Sales Manager focused on data center and telecom markets throughout the US.


What You are Responsible For:


This role will be empowered to plan and implement strategies and operations to achieve the set revenue goals. In this role, you will be accountable for all strategies, initiatives, actions, and revenue-driving activities. Oversee daily operations of a team, including optimizing team efficiency, ensuring KPIs are met, and driving sales growth.


This role requires up to 50% travel.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Knowledge and experience reflective of 8+ years or more of sales and management experience
  • Selling into the network equipment space
  • Fiber optic products
  • Excellent communicator with high level coaching and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to deliver profitable revenue growth
  • Must reside in the US and able to work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
