We are looking for a 360 agency recruiter who wants to build and lead a team of recruiters.

What you do:

This role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area (hybrid). The role will operate primarily remote, but have office time when necessary to support functions of the role (e.g., training new recruiters.)

This role is ideal for a seasoned agency professional with a proven track record of both personal production and team leadership experience.

It will have an individual contribution goal while also supporting the development and training of a team. Leadership functions include assessing, developing, and managing a high-performing team of up to five recruiters in a remote environment.

What you bring to the table:

• Knowledge and experience commonly found with 5 years of full-desk (360) agency recruiting experience in direct hire search.
• Demonstrated success in both contingent and retained search models.
• Strong revenue track record and ability to manage a personal book of business
• Based in Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and willing to work onsite as needed to successfully execute duties.
