The Civil Design Engineer will be an integral part of the Engineering team assisting with engineering support primarily for new residential communities. This position will assist with
preparing construction plans and studies necessary to complete roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer improvements to serve single-family residential communities throughout North Texas.
This role requires authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship or limitations on hours, duties, or other terms of employment both now and in future. It will not support F1, H1B, or other visas with do not meet these requirements.
What you do:
- Directs EITs on advancing design to final
- Responsible for drainage calculations
- Responsible for grading
- Responsible for sizing utilities and storm drain
- Writes reports/studies

What you bring to the table:
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, Microsoft office 365 environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 or more years of professional work experience
- EIT or Professional Engineer license
